Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note that certain types of goods are non-returnable, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Houseofcharmzz@yahoo.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
In case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will cover return shipping costs.
