Shipping Policy & Processing Times

All orders are processed  (2)  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. House of Charmz is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
